Preparing for My Appointment

Upon becoming a client, you will receive an email from an online HIPPA compliant platform where you will be asked to sign up. Here we will manage your account information as well as communicate between sessions. You will need to fill out forms prior to our first meeting. It is common for clients to bring a pen and paper to take notes during the session.

How Do I Pay for Sessions?

Insurance is not accepted at this time, however you may request a Super Bill to submit to your insurance (this may or may not be covered by your insurance). Payments can be made via credit card through an online platform you will be given access to upon becoming a client.

Where Are Sessions Held?

Confidential one-on-one telehealth appointments offer flexibility around your schedule while allowing you to stay in the comfort of your own home.
